Please Note: Refunds will not be issued to the original payment method under any circumstances store credit only .
We want you to love your purchase so if you are not entirely satisfied with it, we're here to help you. We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please email our customer service at support@fullypretty.com and be sure to include: your first and last name, your order number, and reason for return/exchange. Any items reported after our 3 Day return time ( or posted delivery date ), or showing evident physical wear or tampering will not be accepted for review. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Approved return items must be in the same condition as received and returned in original packaging/tags. The items CANNOT be EXEMPT, worn, or show evidence of tampering/physical wear. You can always contact us for any return question at shopfullypretty@gmail.com
Please Note all exchanges/returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being received at our facility. Once your return has been approved we will send you an email with an update regarding your return as well as a following email containing your store credit.
All shipping costs are non refundable.
Exchanges
Our products move fast so we do not offer size exchanges due to sizing possibly being out of stock. Instead, you will receive a store credit to be applied to different size (if available) or another product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Customers have up to 3 days after the delivery date to notify us of any damages or issues with the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final sale items or gift cards.
